What is your delivery charge?
We charge one flat rate of £5.50 per order for delivery to all UK addresses including the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, regardless of the number of items ordered. Orders over £30.00 are now free.

Where do you deliver to?
Plastic Plant Potsdelivers to all UK addresses including the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Unfortunately we do not deliver overseas due to the excessive deliver costs.

Does Plastic Plant Potst have a minimum Order size?
We have no minimum order size, for orders under £30.00 a delivery charge of £5.50 will apply.

Who delivers your goods?
For our smaller products we use Royal Mail Standard Parcels. For all other products we use UPS (United Parcel Service) and HDNL (Home Delivery Network Limited)

How long does it take for our orders to be delivered?
We usually operate on a 48hour turn-a-round for all orders, so once you have placed your order we aim to get your order in the post within 48 hours. If we are unable to meet this deadline we will contact you to advise an expected dispatch date. Once the order has been dispatched, delivery is 3-5 working days depending on the Postal/Courier systems.

Can I collect my order?
Orders can be collected in person, if you would like to do this simply contact us before making your order.
